The Consular Section of the Estonian Embassy in Washington, DC are the only office authorized to accept applications for passports. Passport deliveries may be arranged through a Honorary Consulate near you. If you have an emergency and require a travel document to return to Estonia, please contact your nearest Honorary Consulate for assistance. They will determine if you quality for a return certificate or permit and are able to dispense such document. Estonian identity documents will notbe mailed to the applicant and must be retrieved in person.
